We ship your order from Berlin, Germany. All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.
It is possible that there will be a delay in processing your order around traditionally extremely busy times, such as Black Friday, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc. Yourfacebox.com is not responsible for late deliveries due to events beyond our control (e.g. postal restrictions such as strikes or extreme weather).

For these countries we offer free shipping from an order value of 60.00 EUR.
12,99 EUR
Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus, Croatia, Malta, Slovenia, Slovakia.
For these countries we offer free shipping from an order value of 75.00 EUR.
Shipping to all other European countries: 19,99 EUR.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Yourfacebox UG is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days (10 for International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@yourfacebox.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We do not send to a PO Box. We advise you to use a parcel station or alternative delivery address.
